We also reserve the right to refuse or cancel your order if fraud or an unauthorized or illegal transaction is suspected.

3. Downloads and Delivery

All Products are delivered electronically via software download immediately after successful checkout. You will receive instructions on how to access your downloads after purchase.

Access to downloads is not guaranteed forever. In some cases, products might be discontinued and/or orders (with their associated downloads) will be archived and not be available without notice.

4. Refunds

Your satisfaction is our priority, and we will try our best to resolve any issues you might have. Due to the nature of digital products, we may offer refunds on a case-by-case basis. If you encounter an issue or defect with a Product after purchase, please contact our support. A refund may be issued if the problem cannot be resolved.
